Terms and Conditions

Your listing on the Global Marketing Alliance (GMA), Data Driven Directory is subject to the following terms:

1. Personal data supplied by you is held by us subject to our privacy policy. To the extent that such details are part of your listing, you warrant that all individuals identifiable in such listing have consented to the processing of their personal data in this way.
2. As your listing will appear on our website, our Terms and Conditions will apply in full. You must ensure in particular that any information provided for your listing complies with the Submitted Material terms below.
3. No warranty or assurance is given by us that your listing will result in business for you, or that customers obtained through your listing as an affiliate will be creditworthy. Furthermore, no warranties are given that your listing will be accessed or viewed by any number or class of users.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that information provided is accurate and up to date.

After submitting your organisation’s details for the purpose of listing within the directory, you continue to own that material, and you continue to have the right to use your material in any way you choose.

Submitted Material

Please choose carefully any information you post on to the GMA platform, as it will be available for public viewing. By providing any material to the website, and for us to be able to use it, you confirm that:

1. your details and logo is your own or you are authorised to provide it to the website;
2. your material is not defamatory (that is, it does not damage someone’s good reputation), does not take away or affect any other person’s privacy rights, copyright, contract rights or any other rights, and does not otherwise break any laws of England and Wales; and
3. that you have the right to give us permission to use it for the purposes specified above.
   You acknowledge that we do not have a duty to publish any material you have provided.

We have the right to:

1. reject or refuse to post any material you have provided;
2. remove any material from the website, whether or not the material goes against any of these conditions; or
3. restrict, suspend or stop your access to all or any part of the website at any time.

We will periodically need to contact you for administrative purposes and to check that your listing is up to date and current.

If you do not want to grant us the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit a listing to the website.
